If you've had second thoughts about your purchase, please get in touch to arrange a return. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us in the first instance.
Items must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 30 days for a refund, credit note or exchange. We cannot refund the original postage on returned items.
Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty. Proof of postage must be obtained when returning an item to us, refunds cannot be given if an item is lost without proof.
