British Coastal Birds Greetings Card
Greetings card featuring my original watercolour illustrations of British birds found in the coastal areas around the UK. This blank card is perfect for any occasion and will even look great framed on the wall or popped up around your home.
Size: A6 - 105 — 148 mm
Each card is printed on 350gsm recycled card stock and comes with a kraft recycled envelope.
All items are shipped within 3-5 working days. I get all mail collected on Monday and Thursday afternoon's.
Tracking numbers are not provided as standard, please ensure you choose this option at checkout if you require it.

All items are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Standard. Shipping upgrades for tracking options are available, you will need to choose this option at checkout. Items should take 1-2 working days.

EU Shipping
Unfortunately, I can no longer ship to EU countries via my website due to Import Tax issues. If you would like to purchase from me, please visit my Etsy store and make your purchase there. If something isn't available on Etsy (such as originals), please drop me an email: hello@sarahfrances.co.uk

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date you receive your goods (*restrictions apply).
If your order has not been dispatched, your refund will be processed in full as soon as possible. Depending on your bank or payment method, refunds can take between 3-7 working days to appear.
To cancel an order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk quoting your order number and a note to request a cancellation. I'll be sad, but it's ok.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk to let me know that you'd like to return your item, then wrap it up securely (please re-use the original packaging!) and send to:

Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items as long as they are still in a saleable condition. Refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged
If you're order arrives damaged or fault, or is just plain wrong, please send an email with details of the problem to hello@sarahfrances.co.uk. If an item is damaged, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of this.
Sarah Frances is committed to being as eco-friendly as possible to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet.
Our Products
All of our paper based products are printed in the UK, on FSC certified paper.
Additionally, our main range of greetings cards are printed on recycled stock and come with recycled envelopes.
Our Packaging
Most of our products are 'naked' ie without cellophane bags. For the products that do use cellophane, we opt for biodegradeable and compostable bags (art prints, some notepads). For online sales, we may even omit the packaging completely!
Our postage packaging is 100% recyclable or reusable. We never include packing slips to save on paper and ink.
If you do find the occasional bit of bubble wrap in your order, this hasn't been bought in - we re-use as much packaging as we can from businesses we buy from.
Planting Trees with Ecologi
Sarah Frances is proud to donate monthly to Ecologi. The money is put towards planting new trees around the world and off-setting carbon footprints. So far, new trees have been planted in Kenya and Madagascar. You can see up to date information regarding our donations and the planting of trees over on Ecologi.
