Enamel Pins - SECONDS
Sometimes an enamel pin will arrive slightly less than perfect so instead of letting these sit in a box for ages, you can now grab one of these "seconds" at half the regular price!
Slight defects include:
- Missing enamel fill in very small areas
- Irregular marks on the metal
- Uneven edges
As these are being sold as 'defects', refunds will not be available. Pins are picked at random and I am unable to specify what 'defect' each pin will end up with.
To save myself some time, pins will not arrive on backing cards.
Each pin has different metal plating, but all are about 1" at the widest point.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date you receive your goods (*restrictions apply).
If your order has not been dispatched, your refund will be processed in full as soon as possible. Depending on your bank or payment method, refunds can take between 3-7 working days to appear.
To cancel an order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk quoting your order number and a note to request a cancellation. I'll be sad, but it's ok.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk to let me know that you'd like to return your item, then wrap it up securely (please re-use the original packaging!) and send to:

Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items as long as they are still in a saleable condition. Refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged
If you're order arrives damaged or fault, or is just plain wrong, please send an email with details of the problem to hello@sarahfrances.co.uk. If an item is damaged, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of this.
- Your order will arrive with minimal packaging and as plastic-free as possible.*
- All paper goods are printed in the UK on FSC certified stock.
- All outer packaging is recyclable.
* Washi tape is packaged in shrink wrap which is widely recyclable.
