You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date you receive your goods (*restrictions apply).
If your order has not been dispatched, your refund will be processed in full as soon as possible. Depending on your bank or payment method, refunds can take between 3-7 working days to appear.
To cancel an order, please email email@example.com quoting your order number and a note to request a cancellation. I'll be sad, but it's ok.
If you are not happy with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know that you'd like to return your item, then wrap it up securely (please re-use the original packaging!) and send to:
Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items as long as they are still in a saleable condition. Refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
* Items that are personalised are not eligible for return.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged
If you're order arrives damaged or fault, or is just plain wrong, please send an email with details of the problem to email@example.com. If an item is damaged, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of this.
