Custom Illustrated House Portrait
Own an original, custom digital illustration of your home (or any other building - store front, wedding venue, favourite hotel, business premises, pub, etc).
Ideal as a moving gift, anniversary present or just an ever lasting memory of that special place you love.
How to order
- Place your order. You have the option to choose a digital file only, or you can choose to add a print (A5-A3).
- Email me on hello@sarahfrances.co.uk with good quality front facing photographs of the building and any special requests such as text underneath. Please also let me know if you want the illustration to be in portrait or landscape.
- I will send you a sketch for you to review and make changes as needed.
- After approval, I will move on to the final colour illustration and send it for review.
- I allow 1 round of adjustments. Further adjustments will be subject to charges.
- I send you the high quality digital file of your house portrait, plus any prints ordered.
Terms & Conditions
- Please note that finished artwork is for personal use only.
- Due to the bespoke nature of this product, I am unable to offer refunds if you do not like the finished piece.
- House portraits have a 14 working day lead time plus any postage (if prints are ordered).
Print details
Full colour inket print on archival matte paper and signed by the artist.

Frame is not included.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the date you receive your goods (*restrictions apply).
If your order has not been dispatched, your refund will be processed in full as soon as possible. Depending on your bank or payment method, refunds can take between 3-7 working days to appear.
To cancel an order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk quoting your order number and a note to request a cancellation. I'll be sad, but it's ok.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, please email hello@sarahfrances.co.uk to let me know that you'd like to return your item, then wrap it up securely (please re-use the original packaging!) and send to:

Please note that returns postage is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items as long as they are still in a saleable condition. Refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account.
* Items that are personalised are not eligible for return.
Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged
If you're order arrives damaged or fault, or is just plain wrong, please send an email with details of the problem to hello@sarahfrances.co.uk. If an item is damaged, you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of this.
- Your order will arrive with minimal packaging and as plastic-free as possible.*
- All paper goods are printed in the UK on FSC certified stock.
- All outer packaging is recyclable.
* Washi tape is packaged in shrink wrap which is widely recyclable.
